The use, transportation and storage of spandex
1.Transportation:
Handle with care to avoid violent impact. Keep in dry place and avoid moisture.
2.Storage:
The storage environment of spandex yarn should be kept cool and dry, avoid moisture and sunlight. The layer height of the box should not exceed 6 layers to avoid crushing the carton. The use of spandex yarn adopts the principle of first-in-first-out, and do not use products whose production dates are too long on the same machine.
Recommended conditions for transportation and storage:
3. Use:
Batch number:When used for the same specification of fabrics, it is necessary to ensure that the same batch number of spandex yarn is used. Different batches of spandex yarns have different physical properties and should not be used together.
Temperature and humidity: the optimum use temperature of spandex yarn: 25℃±5℃ Relative humidity: 65%±5%, the spandex yarn should be placed on the production site for more than 24 hours before use.

Production time:Do not use products whose production dates are too long on the same machine.
Product draft:Using suitable draft can keep the quality and performance of the fabric more stable.
Recommendations:
Bare yarn:It can be directly used in knitted fabrics such as weft knitting, warp knitting, lace and webbing, generally not directly used in woven fabrics.
Warp Knitting:
The yarn cakes are placed on the warping machine according to the order of unboxing to reduce the unevenness caused by the silk cakes.
Weft Knitting:
The yarn cakes are placed on the round knitting machine according to the interval of different boxes (1 and 2) to reduce the non-uniformity caused by different boxes.
Core-spun yarn:a yarn spun with spandex yarn as the core and one or several non-elastic staple fibers (cotton, wool, polyester-cotton, polyester, etc.) outsourced. Core-spun yarn is generally widely used in woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, bandages, casual pants, underwear, etc.
Covered yarn: include machine covered yarn and air covered yarn, machine-covered yarn is divided into single-covered yarn and double-covered yarn, covered yarn is widely used in weaving, weft knitting, socks and so on.
Twisted yarn:Bare yarn can be twisted with polyester, cotton and other short fiber yarns, and can also be twisted with nylon, polyester and other long fibers, which are widely used in the weaving of machine-woven fabrics.
